Vancouver, British Columbia, November 14, 2003: Roca Mines Inc. announces that it has agreed with private investors to a placement of up to $480,000. The non-brokered private placement will consist of up to 3.2 million units at a price of $0.15 per unit. Each unit will include one common share and one warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.20 for two years following closing. A success fee of up to $43,500 will be paid upon closing. Proceeds from the proposed private placement will be directed towards exploration, acquisitions and working capital. The private placement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
